Hey guys are you wondering if you’re hitting the (G-)spot?
I am often asked if the G-spot exists.
Science backs up my own experiences on this one. In an article published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine in 2012 a group of experts concluded that “the assumption that women may experience only the clitoral, external orgasm is not based on the best available scientific evidence”.
The g-spot is about two inches inside the vagina toward the front of a woman’s body.
There are a cluster of nerve endings here and some women are more aware of sensation than others.
Try stimulating the G-spot with the shallow penetration of your penis, so that you’re are inside the vagina. You can also use a dildo or your fingers as in the diagram above.
Do start slowly, this isn’t porn. The more stimulated a woman is when you try this the better.
You might have noticed that your girlfriend seems to gush or have different kind of an orgasm sometimes that can be a sign that a G-spot orgasm has taken place.
If you want to know more this book, cheekily subtitled not your mothers orgasm is a good place to start.
